CASE STUDY: The Old Spaghetti Factory

The Old Spaghetti Factory is one of the biggest and best-run privately owned restaurant chains in the United States. After a long seven years of the same website, they were in need of a major lift with a tight budget and an even tighter turn-time.

Glow Creative was contacted and we were eager to help them get their interactive up to date. The website needed a major overhaul. Our client wanted something easy to manage, and pretty on the eyes. Glow Creative developed a custom Wordpress CMS that enables the Old Spaghetti Factory to easily update their ever-changing menus for each location. We created new location interfaces and made online banquet and catering requests which saved the company both time (roughly 14 hours per week) and money.

Online reservations, updated SEO and a new and improved Facebook coupon system was also included. Glow Creative also handled all new food and location photography.

We also developed an easy-to-use mobile app solution so customers on the run can easily find the nearest OSF location and book a reservation without having to call.

The revamped website along with the updated social and marketing strategy helped the month-over-month amount of web visits increase by 33%.

To help the Old Spaghetti Factory with their new merchandise store, Glow Creative designed a selection of shirts.
