Nike Hoops BibleThe launch of the LeBron Six was huge for Nike, but in the catalog world one shoe doesn't always do it. Our challenge was to incorporate the visual center of LeBron with the look and feel of the Nike Team basketball line; ie: basically combining two visual centers into one fluid unit.
To do this, we shot all the product photography together. We used our connections at a historic local high school for an old-school gymnasium shoot. A massive wood panel was custom screen printed with visual cues from the provided visual center. We also bought an antique locker from Craigslist last-minute just to have for backup. From this, we created a stunning bind-in booklet and an enhanced online presence.
Never before, has Nike used a signature shoe launch to support a current line all in one package. A win-win in our client's eyes.
