Portland Trail Blazers
For nearly seven years, I served as Senior Art Director for the Portland Trail Blazers, overseeing a team of designers and directing virtually every piece of creative work that carried the team’s iconic pinwheel. From apparel, TV commercials, and print campaigns to ticketing, packaging, environmental graphics, publications, brochures, logos, and digital platforms, my role was to guide each project from concept through completion.
During this time, I helped launch the first team-built NBA website and partnered with NBA Photos to lead the league-wide transition to 100% digital photography before its acquisition by Getty Images. I also directed athlete photoshoots and co-produced multiple TV and radio campaigns, ensuring the Blazers’ brand was consistent, innovative, and fan-focused.
